1️⃣ Introduction
SBaar WhatsApp
is a cloud-based WhatsApp automation platform designed to help businesses manage customer conversations, send bulk messages, automate replies, and integrate WhatsApp with their systems — all from one dashboard.
No software installation is required.


2️⃣ Account Access
Login
  1. Open https://wa.sbaar.com
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Click Login
  4. You will be redirected to the main dashboard

3️⃣ Dashboard Overview
From the dashboard, you can:
  • Connect and manage WhatsApp numbers
  • View and reply to chats
  • Create automated replies (Chatbot)
  • Send bulk messages
  • Manage contacts
  • View reports and logs
  • Configure API settings

4️⃣ WhatsApp Number Setup
Connect a WhatsApp Number
  1. Go to Settings → WhatsApp Accounts
  2. Click Add New Number
  3. Scan the QR code using your WhatsApp mobile app
  4. Wait for the connection to be confirmed
    ✅ The number status will change to Connected

5️⃣ Chat Management
View Conversations
  • Go to Inbox / Chats
  • Select a contact to view messages
  • Reply manually or let automation respond

Assign Chats (if enabled)
  • Assign chats to team members
  • Track conversation ownership

6️⃣ Automated Replies (Chatbot)
Create an Auto Reply
  1. Go to Automation / Chatbot
  2. Click Create New Rule
  3. Define:
    • Trigger keyword or condition
    • Auto-reply message
  4. Save and activate the rule

7️⃣ Bulk Messaging
Send Bulk Messages
  1. Go to Bulk Messages
  2. Select contacts or contact groups
  3. Write your message content
  4. Schedule or send immediately
  5. Monitor delivery status

8️⃣ Contact Management
Manage Contacts
  1. Go to Contacts
  2. Add contacts manually or import via file
  3. Organize contacts using tags or groups

9️⃣ WhatsApp Warmer
Enable Number Warming
  1. Go to Tools → WhatsApp Warmer
  2. Enable warming for your number
  3. Set daily message limits
  4. Start the warming process
